Luscious lemon cake!

Sorry for such a short post, busy day here today! After having this cake at Pudding Club at work on Friday (I think every workplace should do this; rota for a different baker to bring in goodies on a Friday) I knew I needed the recipe. This traybake lemon cake is light, fluffy, zesty and super easy to make, with a crunchy topping to boot. I definitely recommend this as a quick bake that will feed lots of people.
