I'm afraid this page is not about Paul Hollywood's bottom, rather his Christmas buns. Although it isn't the festive season I couldn't resist trying this recipe. You could easily adapt it too with lots of different ingredients inside such as other dried fruits, chocolate, marzipan etc. and changing the flavour of the jam and icing glazes!
